SO HOW TO CHOOSE A CHARTERED SURVEYOR?
All Chartered Surveyors must be a member of RICS which stands for the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors. Any consumer can check with RICS if the company you propose to use are a members. To qualify with RICS as a Chartered Surveyor each student must complete an Assessment of Professional Competence (APC). This proves that the new Chartered Surveyor is qualified and fully competent is this area of work. For further assurance you may ask for references from previous work.
